Per-request preview mode toggle. Opt-in: drafts are never served implicitly.

preview: true → ask for drafts, if this client is draft-capable. That means either a preview_* apiKey (sends ?preview=true) or a previewKey (sends the X-Preview-Key header). With neither, this is a no-op and live content is returned.
preview: false → live content
undefined → live content
